Return & Exchange Timeframe
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all manuals, accessories, and warranty cards intact.

Items Not Eligible for Return
- Products that show signs of use or installation (e.g., plugged-in, water connection used, etc.)
- Items without original packaging or missing components.
- Customized or special-order products.
- Products that have been damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or power issues.
Defective or Damaged Items
- If your product arrives damaged, incomplete, or not working:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share photos/videos of the product, packaging, and any damage via [WhatsApp or email].
- If validated, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as applicable.
- In case of manufacturing faults after usage, the manufacturer’s warranty will apply.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed only if the product is sealed and unused.
- You may exchange for a different model or item (price difference applies).
- If the replacement item is unavailable, we can offer store credit or a refund after inspection.
Return Shipping
For eligible returns:
- Customer bears shipping cost, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
- For heavy items like refrigerators or washing machines, our logistics partner can be arranged at a cost.
Warranty Claims
All our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty ranging from 1 to 5 years (depending on the item and brand). For warranty services:

- We will coordinate with the brand’s authorized service center.
- Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not include physical damage, voltage issues, or misuse.
