💳 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment options:

• In-Store Payment – Pay directly at our store via cash, card, or bank transfer.

🧾 Advance Payment Policy

• For orders above PKR [Insert Amount], a minimum advance payment of 20–50% may be required.
• Certain high-value or custom-order items may require full advance payment before processing.
• Advance payments are non-refundable in case of order cancellation by the customer after confirmation or dispatch.

📦 Order Confirmation & Payment Verification

• Orders will only be confirmed once payment is received or verified.
• For bank transfers, please share a screenshot or proof of payment via WhatsApp or email.
• Orders without valid payment proof within 24 hours may be automatically canceled.

🛠 Payment for Services

• Installation or delivery charges (if any) will be communicated during order processing.
• Any extra service charges (e.g., floor delivery, fitting, etc.) must be paid separately at the time of service.

🧾 Receipts & Invoices

• A digital or printed invoice will be provided with each order.
• Please retain your invoice as proof of purchase for warranty and support purposes.

⚠️ Late Payments & Cancellations

• Orders not paid within the specified time may be delayed or canceled.
• Ellahi Traders reserves the right to charge a late fee or restocking fee in case of delays in agreed payment timelines (for bulk or B2B orders).
