Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in market rates, supplier updates, or currency changes.
Promotional or discounted prices are valid only for the duration of the offer and cannot be claimed after expiry.
🧾 Quotation Validity
- Official quotes provided by Ellahi Traders are valid for 3 to 7 days, unless otherwise stated.
- Quoted prices may vary for bulk purchases, corporate clients, or repeat customers.
💳 Payment Methods
We accept the following payment options:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available for select products and locations.
- Bank Transfer – Details shared upon order confirmation.
- Online Payment – (If applicable on website or via QR/UPI codes)
- Credit/Debit Card – Accepted at our physical store.
- Installments – Offered through partnered banks or third-party financing (if available).
- Mobile Wallets – Easypaisa, JazzCash, etc. (if supported)
💼 Advance Payment Policy
- For orders above PKR [Insert Amount], or special-order items, a 20–50% advance payment is required.
- Some high-value appliances may require full advance prior to delivery or dispatch.
- Advance payments are non-refundable in case of customer cancellation after processing.
📦 Order Confirmation & Payment Verification
- Orders are only confirmed once full or partial payment (as required) is received and verified.
- Bank transfer customers must share a screenshot or transaction slip via WhatsApp/email for verification.
- Ellahi Traders reserves the right to cancel orders if payment is not received within 24–48 hours of order placement.
